Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations & Coordination
- Support and oversee daily warehouse and yard activities including receiving, storage, order preparation, customer deliveries, returns, reconditioning, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with internal procedures, including the 4-eyes principle and company control requirements.
- Coordinate workload planning, manpower allocation, and daily job assignments for warehouse staff, carpenters, scaffolders, operators, and foreign workers.
- Plan warehouse layout, optimize material flow, and maximize storage efficiency.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for projects based on approved drawings, material lists, and operational schedules.
