Job Summary
Responsible for proper safekeeping and document imaging of clients’ folders/documents, timely preparation/submission of reports as required by management.
Specific Duties & Responsibilites
- Examines the sufficiency and propriety of client documents received through Account Servicing Managers / branches and communicatesto the concerned units the regularization of deficiencies, if any.
- Maintains and updates the system and ensures strict compliance with documentary requirements for Trust accounts. Ensures prompt preparation of periodic report on documentary deficiencies and follow-ups are made with branches/units concerned.
- Maintains proper and systematic filing of account folders for easy retrieval and proper accounting to ensure that all trust accounts’ documents are securely safekept and under the custody of PSD.
