Responsibilities
Review, validate, and maintain company documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper version control.
Coordinate with internal departments and the China team to collect, update, distribute, and follow up on required documentation.
Manage document control systems, databases, shared folders, and records to ensure information is properly organized and accessible.
Identify documentation discrepancies, missing information, or outdated records and coordinate corrective actions.
Support audits, internal reviews, and document-related projects by preparing, organizing, and maintaining required records and reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
Experience in document control, administration, manufacturing, quality, logistics, or related areas.
Knowledge of document management, record keeping, and version control practices.
