Document Specialist (Evening/Weekends) (Peterborough)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Document Specialist to join our Document Production Department for an afternoon/evening remote position supporting our Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver offices. Candidates must be able to travel to one of our offices and may be required to come in based on business needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Correcting/Formatting corrupted documents.
• Troubleshooting technical issues with documents.
• Revising documents as per professionals' mark-ups.
• Blacklining using Litera and/or Word Compare.
• Converting documents from various versions to Word using styles and cross-references.
• Converting PDFs to Word with proper formatting and conversions to PDF from Word, Excel, etc.
