Responsibilities
- Maintain Project Contracts, Variations and similar document registers.
- Upload or register documents provided by business users.
- Ensure that the Document Control QA/QC requirements are met in provided documents and in their registration.
- Maintain accurate metadata and document attributes on all documents.
- Retrieve and provide documents on request.
- Maintain access to key business document registers.
- Liaise and communicate with relevant personnel to obtain required documents.
- Run reports and conduct reviews of document registers and related systems to identify non‑compliance or missing documents.
- Provide feedback to project team and individual users on missing and required documents.
- Prepare reporting and analysis on document registers and compliance for key stakeholders.
