About the Role
Responsible for the administration, control, and classification of all
registered documented information.
Responsibilities
1) Registers internal and external documents and records documented information
2) Receives, distributes and files registered documented information
3) Assists in the control and classification of all registered documents
4) Transmits and handles documents and records
5) Prepares master lists of documents, indexing, and distribution of controlled/uncontrolled documents
6) Performs document distribution/retrieval of all registered documents and records
7) Monitors records due for preservation and disposal, and responsible for the disposal of inactive documents and records
8) Checks documents for transfer to Main Office DCC for preservation and disposal.
