Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, submittals, transmittals, correspondence, reports, and approvals in an organized manner.
- Receive, register, distribute, track and archive incoming and outgoing project documents.
- Maintain document logs and registers for drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, IRs, NCRs, letters, and other project records.
- Ensure all documents are properly numbered, revised, filed, and issued to the relevant team members as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for document submission and follow‑up.
- Control document revisions and ensure superseded documents are properly marked and archived to avoid unintended use.
