MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To support and execute strategic initiatives in doctor referral and relationship management, practice development, and doctor recruitment. The role ensures the integrity of doctor master data, enhances stakeholder engagement, supports referral network growth, and ensures doctor satisfaction through information management, communication, and ongoing performance evaluation.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration (NQF 6)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Referral Management systems (e.g., SHRM).
- Valid driver's license (due to travel requirements).
