Role: DNS Lead / Architect (End-to-End Ownership)

Location: Brampton, ON (Hybrid)

Mode: Contract

Experience: 10-15 years

Lead end-to-end DNS architecture & operations (InfoBlox, BIND, Azure DNS, Route 53) across enterprise environments
Design highly available DNS integrated with Cisco network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
Define DNS security standards (DNSSEC, DDoS protection, AAA integration like TACACS/RADIUS)
Own incident, problem, and change governance with solid RCA and service improvement focus
Collaborate with network (Cisco), cloud, and application teams for critical service delivery
Drive automation & AI-led DNS operations (predictive monitoring, auto-remediation)
Act as client-facing SME for audits, architecture, and transformation initiatives
