**Responsibilities**:RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure all DNS issues are resolved in a timely manner, with mínimal impact on customers.Perform high-level troubleshooting and analysis to determine the root cause of DNS outages and implement workarounds and/or permanent solutions.Isolate hardware and software problems on servers and work with vendors to resolve issues as necessary.Perform and/or direct break/fix maintenance, such as RMAs, patching, builds, etc.Perform and/or direct proactive server maintenance, such as code upgrades, hardware refreshes, config updates, and clean up/decommission.Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and architecture teams to identify ways in which we can proactively improve the stability of the services and decrease potential for future outages to occur.Provide tier 2 technical expertise for DNS related issues.Drive service ownership for the DNS Cloud; assist in efforts to streamline problem and change management processes, improve alerting and inci...
