Key responsibilities: Experience Design & Conceptualisation • Conceive and curate on-ground customer experiences for Saregama Live events – across music festivals, concert tours, devotional properties, and cultural IPs. • Define the experiential architecture of each event: the zones, activations, and moments that shape how an audience moves through and feels at the event. • Bring a strong point of view on what will make each property feel distinctive and have the references, curiosity, and cultural fluency to back it up. • Translate creative ideas into clear, actionable briefs • Partner closely with the production team to ensure every creative concept is grounded in feasibility and delivered without compromise.
