The Role
As a District Sales Manager, you will lead the profitability and success of a designated district, overseeing up to six mall locations. You will directly manage and develop up to six Store Managers, drive sales, achieve KPIs, and ensure adherence to Neo’s operational standards. The role requires strong leadership, training, analytical skills, independence, and frequent travel within the district.
