District Sales Manager, Central & East Area

Job Description

As a District Sales Manager at RW&CO, you will report to the Director of Sales and Operations and lead a group of stores within the Central & East area. You will be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding store profitability, a seamless Omni Channel experience, merchandising excellence, and a diverse, inclusive, and rewarding employee experience.

Day In The Life (What You’ll Do)

• Drive store and store manager performance by leading effective store visits (in person & virtually) focused on driving behaviors that enable store teams to meet financial goals and uphold visual initiatives.
• Identify themes in product performance across your assigned district with a goal to create and align a merchandising plan to excel and remain competitive within the market.
