HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales Team as a District Sales Manager – CAD.
The District Sales Manager organizes and completes customer site visits. Sells against a set sales plan. Prepares sale quotations. Obtains sales orders and devises the best way for filling the order (i.e. plant or service center). Coordinates turnkey jobs to best fit customer needs. Directly manages the efforts of one to four sales representatives to achieve sales plans. This includes conducting performance reviews, goal setting, coaching, and mentoring so they can achieve the company goals.
Responsibilities
- Managing sales representatives (goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, etc.)
- Visiting customer sites.
- Following up on activities with customers and sales representatives.
- Providing technical assistance.
- Preparing sales quotations.
- Obtaining acceptable promise dates.
