Credit Agricole CIB Spain is seeking a candidate to join the Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR) team. The role focuses on Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Corporate, TMT and Leveraged loan distribution, with a particular emphasis on transactions linked to Spanish‑speaking markets.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Support the preparation of DAR syndication opinions, including pricing and structuring.
  
• Generate comparable transaction tables with sector‑specific and liquidity analysis.
  
• Complete closing memos in a timely manner.
  
• Create PowerPoint presentations for pitches and market updates.
  
• Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheet reports and databases.
  
• Utilise the Debtdomain database when inviting banks to transactions or for reporting/search purposes...
