Job Overview
Credit Agricole CIB Spain is seeking a candidate to join the Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR) team. The role focuses on Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Corporate, TMT and Leveraged loan distribution, with a particular emphasis on transactions linked to Spanish‑speaking markets.
Responsibilities
Support the preparation of DAR syndication opinions, including pricing and structuring.
Generate comparable transaction tables with sector‑specific and liquidity analysis.
Complete closing memos in a timely manner.
Create PowerPoint presentations for pitches and market updates.
Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheet reports and databases.
Utilise the Debtdomain database when inviting banks to transactions or for reporting/search purposes.
Update comparable files.
