Distribution Planning Supervisor

The Distribution Planning Supervisor at Techo-Bloc is responsible for leading and developing the Distribution Planning team while ensuring the efficient movement of inventory across the network to support customer service and business objectives. The role combines people leadership, operational execution, and strategic planning by driving KPI performance, fostering continuous improvement, and strengthening collaboration between Distribution Planning, Transportation, and other cross-functional teams. Through coaching, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization, the Distribution Planning Supervisor ensures the team delivers high service levels, maintains inventory efficiency, and contributes to the company's overall supply chain strategy
