Distribution Partner Specialist - Iquique (Arica)

Support a specific unit of our distributor partner from local sales managers to sales reps and lead them to execute our strategy in the Downtrade channel in a given geographical area through business tracking, action planning, training, market visits and motivation in order to deliver a 100% implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the region: Perfect Store, store coverage, distribution, share value, sales objectives, etc.
• Build great relationships and high engagement in defined region with our distributor partner and our top customers leveraging the world of Red Bull.
• Implement our business plan for the channel according to the agreed conditions and priorities in stores making sure every key person in the DP is aligned and prepare to deliver from day one.
