Distribution Operations Lead

Novus Holdings Limited is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the operations manager in Cape Town. You will help manage branch day-to-day activities, including inventory, OH&S, contractor oversight and logistics to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and cost targets.

The role requires experience in managing SLAs with external contractors, knowledge of distribution principles and inventory management, and a valid EB code driver’s license. A vehicle is required to perform field duties.
