Job Responsibilities
- Channel & Distributor Network Development
- Source, negotiate and onboard regional distributors, ESS integrators and installation contractors; establish tiered distribution network and achieve annual channel expansion & sales KPIs.
- Design distributor rebate policies, governance rules and enablement programs to deliver pre‑sales technical training and after‑sales capability building for channel partners.
- Identify commercial/residential storage & automotive OEM project opportunities and drive end‑to‑end regional business execution.
- Build Localized End‑to‑End After‑Sales System from Scratch
- Construct local after‑sales organization: arrange resident field engineers, audit & qualify third‑party service vendors, deploy authorized regional repair sites.
