Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end POD (proof of delivery) processing—ensure timely collection, validation, and system posting of delivery documents with zero backlog

• Drive delivery accuracy and compliance by investigating discrepancies (missing PODs, damages, returns) and enforcing control measures

• Lead POD team operations—assign workloads, monitor KPIs (POD turnaround time, completeness, error rate), and coach for high performance
