**Responsibilities**:- Run daily expedite reports to determine pulls for FedEx to fill stock transfers & back orders for customers/distributors.
- Work with customer service team to enter, re-route, and manage back orders to the designated final destinations via the appropriate shipment method.
- Create pick sheets and provide to shipping team follow up with tracking reports to verify shipments completed.
- Execute the shipping method for critical work orders along with create purchase orders and deliveries.
- Support Sr.Distribution and sterilizer Coordinator- Work with shipping and import/export teams to determine release dates of finished goods to sterilizer.
- Track and Communicate sterilization status with internal partners and provide ETA's when necessary.
- Monitor loads aging across the pipeline (Manufacturing facility to Sterilizer) to ensure all is inside the predetermined lead times.
