Distribution Administrator

 The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Distribution Administrator supports shipping and distribution operations, ensuring the accurate processing of orders, documentation, and outbound logistics.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

Process invoices and confirm accuracy of outgoing loads

Coordinate load changes and shipment adjustments

Support carriers and customers during order pick-ups

Manage product substitutions and order corrections

Prepare shipping documents including manifests and BOLs

Record shipment temperatures and compliance data

Complete data entry for shipping metrics and QC tracking

Generate and distribute shipment reports
