Responsibilities

• Design and demo architectures that address customer pain points using GCP, AWS, Azure, or hybrid setups, securing buy-in from delivery teams.
• Deep dive into customers' tech stacks: data pipelines, AI needs, cloud strategy, and database challenges.
• Run technical workshops: explain concepts such as vector search, multi-agent systems, and why data should be managed rather than dumped into a single tool.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify true customer needs beyond the initial request.
