The Dispute Resolution Analyst will investigate,identifyand remediate complex issues involving cross-departmental knowledge of Operations and Finance. Incumbents will communicate and collaborate with clients and other departmentsregardingdisputed and unresolved billing,, operational and technical issues.This position will report to theMgrFinancial Services.
