We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chargeback Analyst to join our Operations team. In this role, you will investigate payment disputes, analyze evidence across multiple systems, and prepare clear and compelling representment cases on behalf of our merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage chargeback cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submissions in accordance with card network reason codes.
- Prepare and compile comprehensive evidence packages for representments.
- Match invoices with relevant records and transaction data.
- Conduct basic data validation and accuracy checks.
- Follow established processes, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Identify and report inconsistencies, discrepancies, or operational issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, administrative support, or data entry is preferred.
