Disposition Assistant (Chile)

LPI Home Buyers is a U.S.based real estate investment company focused on purchasing and selling properties nationwide. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Disposition Assistant to support the Disposition Manager in marketing properties and handling operational tasks that drive deal success.

The Disposition Assistant supports marketing and operations for property dispositions. You will manage listings, coordinate property improvements and vendor scheduling, and make outbound calls to cash buyers, realtors, and investors to generate exposure. You’ll work closely with the Disposition Manager to get properties live on the MLS and other platforms quickly, coordinate notaries, photos, and contracts, and help move listings through the sales pipeline.
