Le Lunetier St-Eustache is looking for a prescription optician to join its dynamic team!

The role of dispensing optician is to meet the client's ocular-visual needs through ophthalmic and/or corneal lenses. In close collaboration with the optometrist, this person ensures the adjustment of ametropias, the cutting in the laboratory as well as the first step in resolving an eye problem with a client. Depending on the foot traffic, he/she may be required to help with making appointments, opening client files and answering the phone.

Main Tasks

• Assess the customer's needs (frames, ophthalmic or contact lenses)
• Explain the different products on the market according to the customer's needs
• Explain the different promotions in order to guide the customer in their decision‑making process
• Support the stylist‑advisor after choosing a frame (if necessary)
