- Receiving and answering booking of trucks on time thru email
- Preparation of all necessary documents for the dispatch of trucks
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of data encoded on the trip documents
- Monitoring of truck movements and load status updates, proactively resolving issues or delays
- Track and trace loads in transit, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery
- Provide professional, timely communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong carrier relationships, identifying reliable partners for specialized moves
- Maintain accurate data entry and reporting using Excel/spreadsheet tools
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and lead continuous improvement efforts in dispatch and logistics processes
