- Monitor and coordinate vehicle or service operations using dispatch software or communication systems.
- Assign and schedule routes or calls for service based on urgency, availability, and efficiency.
- Track and document the location, status, and performance of city vehicles or field personnel.
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with drivers, field staff, supervisors and customers.
- Handle emergency and non-emergency calls, relaying critical information quickly and accurately.
- Respond to delays, breakdowns, or incidents and adjust plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation for compliance and record-keeping.
- Provide support and direction to drivers, contractors, or service crews in the field.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide service updates, and resolve concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
