JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and supervise the dispatch team (drivers, van assistants and forklift operators) to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate with drivers and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate deliveries
- Handle scheduling, route planning, and load assignments
- Ensure compliance with safety and delivery regulations
- Manage logistics, including tracking and tracing shipments
- Resolve issues related to delivery operations
- Monitor and report on transportation exceptions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
