- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to schedule dispatches efficiently.
- Prepare necessary dispatch documents and update tracking systems.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for quality and dispatch processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality control or logistics are a plus.
- Proven experience in quality inspection, dispatch, warehouse, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
