We are looking for a hands-on and organised Dispatch Manager to take ownership of the dispatch function and component stores within a busy manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, accuracy, team leadership, customer interaction and ensuring factory requirements and customer orders are handled smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Managing Component Stores: ensure the component stores run smoothly with sufficient parts available daily to keep the factory operating efficiently.
• Daily Issuing to Factory: manage daily issuing of components to the factory and ensure stock movement is accurate, controlled and properly recorded.
• Invoicing and Shipping Coordination: handle paperwork for customer orders, prepare daily invoicing and ensure orders are sent out on time via courier or road fr...
