**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and field technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor and supervise field technicians, ensuring they adhere to schedules and assigned tasks.
- Communicate and coordinate with drivers regarding schedules and any necessary adjustments.
- Support daily logistics planning and resource allocation.
