Responsibilities

• Match technician skills to incoming jobs
• Handle escalations from the call centre
• Update customers proactively on ETA
• Own daily KPI report for your zone

Qualifications

• 3+ years dispatch or scheduling experience
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Comfortable in a fast operations environment
