Responsibilities & Duties:
Wash, sort, stack, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment properly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
Set up and operate dishwashing stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
Ensure floors are kept clean and dry throughout operations.
Clean and sanitise storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers, in accordance with hygiene standards.
Assist with receiving and storing food and supply deliveries.
Support waste disposal duties, including clearing and replacing trash bags as required during and after shifts.
