- Manage food service clearing system at the cafeteria.
- Collect, clean, wash, and sanitize all soiled wares.
- Keep the dishwashing area (floors, walls, dishwashing machines, storage equipment's, shelves) clean and sanitized at all times
- Ensure proper usage of all cleaning equipments and highlight any faulty equipment to superior.
- Responsible for all usage and security of cleaning chemicals used.
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations in place.
- Sweep and mop the floors.
- Track waste disposal daily.
- Other duties assigned by superior.
