- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
- Dispose of garbage and clean trash bins regularly.
- Assist kitchen staff by providing clean utensils and equipment as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, such as pots and dish racks.
