Responsibilities
- Dishwashing & Cleaning: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils using dishwashers or manually by hand. Ensure all items are sanitized and properly stored.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the dishwashing area and kitchen clean and organized, including wiping down counters and cleaning sinks, floors, and walls.
- Assist with Food Prep: Occasionally assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling or chopping vegetables, when needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and bending.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures and health codes.
