Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Scrape food from dishes and place them in the appropriate washing area.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring proper chemical usage and water temperature.
- Clean and sanitize all work areas, including sinks, counters, and floors.
- Stock supplies, such as dish soap, detergents, and cleaning chemicals.
- Empty trash and garbage disposals.
