Disability Support Worker - Stanthorpe

About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, working within our Supported Independent Living homes, you’ll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection.

You’ll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support — and about each other.

We currently have multiple roles based in our Stanthorpe area for Residential SIL Homes for either permanent or casual roles. Sleepover and weekends shifts required.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting people with daily living activities, personal care and routines
• Assisting clients with manual handling using hoists and slings
• Encouraging independence, choice and inclusion
