Liaise with Ivemsa to provide paperwork for Virtual Transfers for outgoing orders and export paperwork for orders going to the USA and other countries.
Book freight out with relevant Provider.
Manage targeted customer accounts throughout the entire life cycle, with the inclusion of managing and overseeing sample trials, design and artwork, production, manufacturing, sales forecasts, sale orders, shipping, logistics, invoicing, accounts and debtors.
Place customer orders and coordinate with production teams.
Upload POD’s to the ERP System (Fishbowl).
Handle trial samples and artwork approvals and die lines.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
Monitor and manage customer ETAs.
Create and manage quotes in Zoho (Sales Management System).
Coordinate and oversee delivery bookings from the factory to customers.
Coordinate with Toll container direct deliveries to customers.
