- Responsible for leading the strategy, delivery and operations of all our cloud-related platforms, data centers, global networks and service delivery management
- Manage operations and modernization of the Secure Cloud platform from end-to-end, from planning to design and deployment
- Partner with technology and our transformation and capacity partners to drive vision and direction of the Secure Cloud platform, ensuring product strategy and roadmap aligns to business needs
- Drive process improvement and change management to enable efficient, stable and reliable use of the cloud
- Ensure success of the infrastructure setup and in creation of cloud data policy and governance standards
- Develop and communicate key project plans, timeframes, changes and risks, including release details and requirements to senior management and stakeholders
- Liaise with architecture team to scope requirements, design, configuration and deployment
