Your New Role
This role sets direction for managing IT support services via Tech Bars & the General Service Desk (in Mexico City) within the South America region, delivering a high-quality support strategy. The role is highly visible and is an integral link between the IT service delivery leadership teams and our end users. It requires working with global teams and leadership in Atlanta and the mainland Americas to build strategies and processes aligned with WBD's end-user computer support needs.
Accountabilities
- Plan & manage work responsibilities for Workforce Support & Service Desk for the South America region, with the existing operations team.
