Position Summary
The Director – Total Rewards is responsible for leading the organization's compensation, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping functions for eClerx Philippines. The role develops and executes reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, effective time and attendance administration, and operational excellence. The Director partners with HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, and global stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience and maintain compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
