Director, Tokenisation - Treasury & Markets

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Bank’s tokenisation roadmap
• Identify and prioritise high-value use cases (e.g. deposits, payments, FX, securities, liquidity solutions) with clear commercial outcomes
• Translate business requirements into executable product and platform designs
• Drive end-to-end delivery from concept through to production deployment
• Develop partnerships and ecosystem engagement to accelerate adoption

Platform, Custody & Infrastructure Oversight

• Oversee the design of tokenisation platform architecture, including on-chain and off-chain components
• Ensure integration with core banking, payments, and treasury systems
• Establish and govern custody frameworks, including wallet architecture, key management, and reserve asset handling
