Director, Technical Services & Quality Assurance

Director, Technical Services & Quality Assurance – Markham, Ontario Reporting to the VP Technical Services, Manufacturing and QA, the Director will direct and coordinate Technical Services requirements for the company’s Canadian and International businesses, serving as the key regulatory and industry affairs contact, leading a team of three, and managing projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate Technical Services requirements, including Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Regulatory Compliance, and associated project management activities.

Act as the key Canadian & International Regulatory and Industry Affairs contact for technical issues impacting the company.

Lead and manage a team of three people across Domestic and International business units.

Maintain an indirect (dotted line) reporting relationship with the General Manager in Markham.
