Director - Technical & Operational Training

JOB PURPOSE

To lead the development and execution of all of EGA’s operational and technical training initiatives for all operational training systems within EGA, ensuring alignment with corporate and operational goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Development

• Drive the formulation and implementation of operational & technical training strategies that align with EGA’s overall strategy, Human Capital and Talent Management.

Safety, Quality, and Environmental Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures within the department to uphold employee safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all training materials are compliant with internal and external requirements for all operational areas across EGA.
