**Position Summary**:
Delinea is seeking a Director, Technical Accounting and Reporting, to join our Finance team, serving as the first line of technical accounting support and internal consultation, including managing external accounting consulting matters if needed.
They will also own drafting of the quarterly financial statements and related control activities.
The role will not have any direct reports and will work closely with other members of the finance team as well as key cross functional partners such as the legal team.
