Director, Tech Ops (Santiago)

As the Director of Tech Ops & Infrastructure at Sovos, you will provide strategic, operational, and programmatic direction to one of our lines of business through software engineering, IT operations, and infrastructure organization. As the business line’s most senior technology leader, you will be accountable for the overall technology vision and delivery within the line of business, working directly with the Chief Technology Officer as part of the Technology Leadership Team.

• Work alongside the Technology Leadership Team to develop strategy and supporting initiatives, track key performance indicators, and ensure technology plans are consistently executed within a dynamic business environment.
